Territory Balancing and Alignment
eSpatial allows you to balance your territories using one or more datasets such as sales value, opportunity volume, area to cover. You can also create a weighted balance such as 60% sales value and 40% opportunity volume for a more accurate view of the potential success of your territory.
Using this feature can help you quickly define and assign your territories to your sales team. You can;
- View your territories on a map and easily spot any problems in your current territory definition
- Identify gaps where parts of the overall territory have not been assigned to anyone.
- Identify Mismatches, where one territory includes a section that should clearly belong to another
- Analyze territory size variations, for example, where the geographic size, customer volume, or market potential is out of balance from one territory to another.
