Capterra has two Best Badges that get awarded on a yearly basis. These are the Best Value for Money and Best Ease of Use.
Badges are given to the products with the average review rating score above 4.5 across all of the products’ published reviews in the submission period. Only the ratings of review field that the specific badge represents will be considered. For example, “Best Value” will consider only the user ratings for Value for money. Products are only eligible to be awarded one Badge in any given year.
