This video will show you how to link a non-spatial layer to a spatial layer on Import in eSpatial OnDemand GIS. This feature lets you join the data you have in a CSV file to spatial boundaries you may have loaded from another GIS file format, like a shape-file on your map. This is useful because you will be able to display the point information in your CSV file, in polygon boundaries on your map.
