This video will show you how to assign a layer to a map or layer group on upload.

This feature is useful because it lets you efficiently organise and assign your data into different maps and layer groups when uploading.

This in turn can effectively organise your data into different projects or assign your data to different users or audiences if you have map security permissions set up on your account.

This feature can be used on both CSV and GIS file uploads and your file will be uploaded to the current map you are working off. You can also assign the file to multiple maps and layer groups at any one time.
