  • Where do I log in to eSpatial OnDemand GIS™?
    Log in here
  • I’ve lost my username. How can I recover it?
    If you are your organisation’s administrator, your username is the email address that you used to register (typically your work email address). Individual users should contact their organisation’s administrator.
  • I’ve lost/forgotten my password. How can I have it reset?
    If you are your organisation’s administrator, email our support team. Individual users should contact their organisation’s administrator.

Compatibility

  • What are the minimum system requirements for an end user’s computer?
    eSpatial OnDemand GIS only requires use of standard supported browsers and an Internet connection. It is suitable for use on both Macs and PCs, and requires no additional downloads or plug-ins.
  • What are the supported browsers?
    We recommend using Internet Explorer 8 or 7, or Mozilla Firefox 3.6 for the best user experience.
  • Which file formats are supported?
    File formats supported for upload are: CSV, DGN, GEOJSON, GML, SHP, TAB.
    File formats supported for export are: BMP, GIF, JPEG, KML, KMZ, PDF, PNG, TIF/TIFF, SHP.
  • Can I use eSpatial OnDemand GIS on different computers?
    Yes. Because eSpatial OnDemand GIS is delivered via Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), you can log in to access it from any Internet-connected computer.
