eSpatial provides comprehensive support for the iSmart product suite. Holders of standard support contracts are entitled to ongoing updates, maintenance releases, patches and access to our technical support services.
Standard support provides assistance with all problem reports received via email or web, plus telephone support as required when following up such requests. eSpatial will also ensure that developers are kept informed of product updates and any changes in documentation etc.
